Delivery & Services
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in selected UK cities (check product pages for details).
Fast Delivery: Get your RideVolt scooter or e-bike within 24 hours in eligible areas and within 2–3 working days across the UK.
Free Delivery: All orders come with free doorstep delivery — no extra shipping fees.
Free Installation & Repairs: Every RideVolt purchase includes complimentary installation and repair support — because we stand by our products and our riders.
Return & Refund Terms
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable or Non-refundable Items
- Used scooters or e-bikes (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital items
- Health or personal care products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Store Credit
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was not delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, including:
- Your Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos (for damaged or incorrect items)
Our team will review your request and provide the next steps promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few working days and credited back to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- Items showing signs of use
- Products missing parts or packaging
- Returns received after the 30-day window
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted products are not refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the above address.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Paid by RideVolt if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Paid by the customer for all other cases (e.g., change of mind).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the total.
For higher-value products, we recommend using a trackable courier or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — refunds may take a few days to appear.
- Then contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once your returned item is received, a digital gift code will be sent to you via email.
If the order was sent to the buyer first, the refund will go directly to the original purchaser.
